Led the design of Worms Rumble for 2 years, taking the game from concept to release and overseeing post-launch support across 8 platforms (PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Epic). Guided the project through all stages, ensuring a smooth release and continued support across a wide range of platforms.
Collaborated with the Creative Director to define the game’s vision, gameplay, and core pillars, ensuring a clear and unified direction for the project. Worked closely with key stakeholders to establish a cohesive design foundation that aligned with the game's overall goals.
Created, supervised, and maintained all design documentation, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the development process. Provided the team with clear guidelines and reference material, enabling efficient development and communication across disciplines.
Managed and mentored the design team, running regular meetings, feedback sessions, and one-on-ones to guide professional growth and ensure the team stayed aligned with project goals. Fostered a collaborative environment, driving productivity and continuous improvement within the design team.
Owned the design and implementation of multiple areas, including Level Design, Scripted Events, Combat, Character, Weapons, Meta Game, and Live Events. Led the development of key features and systems, contributing directly to the gameplay experience and ensuring alignment with the game’s vision.
Led the cross-play R&D team in parallel with the project, enabling cross-platform play across 8 platforms to enhance the multiplayer experience. Played a crucial role in the development of a seamless cross-platform system, ensuring players could connect and play together across different consoles and PC.
Planned and executed post-launch content and design work within a Games as a Service model, ensuring ongoing engagement and new content updates for players.
