Worked as a core member of the Worms W.M.D design team, contributing to the successful prototyping and development of new features and tools, helping to build a true successor to the beloved Worms Armageddon. Played a pivotal role in ensuring the game met fan expectations, while introducing fresh, innovative features.
Prototyped and developed new core features for the franchise, including buildings, vehicles, and crafting systems, which significantly expanded gameplay mechanics. Introduced unique elements that set Worms W.M.D apart from previous titles, offering a deeper and more varied gameplay experience.
Designed, built, and scripted a series of campaign and challenge levels, ensuring they were both engaging and challenging while showcasing the new gameplay features. Contributed directly to the core content of the game, creating levels that tested players’ strategic thinking and mastery of new systems.
Collaborated with the programming tools team to design and develop in-house tools for content creation and UI, streamlining the workflow and improving the efficiency of the development process.
Designed and implemented user flow, UI/UX, and crafting systems, creating an intuitive and engaging interface that supported the new mechanics. Enhanced the player experience by ensuring the user interface and crafting systems were seamless and easy to navigate, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the game.
